Services We Offer
Design & Engineering
Independent Mechanical Contractors has engineering expertise in refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical systems. We are an active member of IIAR (International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration) and follow all IIAR and ANSI/ASHRAE standards and guidelines when designing systems.
We work closely with our clients to clearly identify their needs and expectations to provide the most cost-effective and energy efficient design. We work with local utilities and 3rd party engineering firms to obtain energy incentives for capital projects and system improvements.
Construction & Installation
Independent Mechanical Contractors employs highly experienced construction foremen, certified welders, pipefitters, hoisting engineers, startup technicians, and project managers. All employees are OSHA trained We have the necessary equipment, tools, and skills to deliver successful project results.
We provide detailed designs and drawings which meet or exceed local, state, and federal HVAC/R codes and standards, including IIAR, ANSI, and ASHRAE.
Our welders are certified in arc, tig, and mig welding.
Scheduled & Emergency Service
Independent Mechanical Contractors has highly experienced licensed refrigeration service technicians in MA and RI. Our technicians are knowledgeable in all aspects of refrigeration, HVAC, and mechanical systems. We provide 24/7 emergency service in addition to scheduled preventative maintenance.
